The Federal Ministry of Education launched the Diaspora BRIDGE Initiative on Monday, July 28, 2025. The event was officially launched by the Honourable Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, under the chairmanship of Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Sen. Kashim Shettima, GCON.

 The event brought together stakeholders from across government, academia, regulatory bodies, industry, and the Nigerian diaspora to witness the unveiling of a transformative platform that bridges research, innovation, development, and global engagement.
